As each company culture is different, I tailor my consulting to suit my clients’ needs.
I have had the privilege of working with CEOs, Leaders and HR Teams in the not for profit, utilities, local, state and federal government, finance, private and start up sectors globally.

Understanding the CEO’s desired culture and working with the lead team as well as the Human Resources team create tangible programs which impact the employee experience in the areas of the employee life cycle: attraction, on boarding, retention, development, performance and exit.
Sometimes lead teams work and sometimes they don’t work. I have supported leaders in enhancing the way they work either as individuals or as lead teams.
I have facilitated planning days, team building sessions and honest conversations over a period of time because there’s no overnight fix.
Including Mergers and Acquisitions I am well versed in Kotter and PROSCI’s change methodologies and can support your organisation to manage change be it a restructure, merger, acquisition, or simply a new way of working from an employee experience and company culture perspective.
Many change projects are classified as failures due to not following the basic recipe. I make change stick.
Training
My training programs are practical; I will share tools, templates and tips with you that you can easily implement.
I cater for all types of learners. Expect to have some laughs, to do some deep thinking and have some honest, respectful conversations.
Working closely with you, your HR team and your lead team I will seek to understand your change, leadership or culture optimisation needs and then tailor bespoke training packages for you.
If you wish, at the end of the training session I will write you a report outlining the learnings, agreements, next steps and future recommendations.

Coaching
My coaching style is direct. I firstly seek to understand you and then your needs. I will ask you many questions!
You will do most of the talking. We will have fun. I will provide you with tools and practical exercises to put in place then for you to report back. I believe in development through experiential learning and my coaching style complements that.
I know how challenging and rewarding people management can be. I have managed large and small teams.

Yes. All participants receive a copy of key learnings and worksheets.
Do you provide data after the workshop?
Yes, I can upon agreement with you. Workplaces can receive a debrief, along with an image and content pack to share for internal promotions / intranet purposes.
Can you train my team?
Certainly. I’ve worked in internal training roles and as a consultant. To teach my content, you’ll need to purchase the rights to do so. I highly recommend a session with me to ensure you are delivering best practice.
Can You Design Content for My Organisation?
Yes. I create unique content, daily. For organisations, this can be either purchased with my rights to use or as a commission to use for an ongoing period.
