Coaching


My coaching style is direct. I firstly seek to understand you and then your needs. I will ask you many questions!

 

You will do most of the talking. We will have fun. I will provide you with tools and practical exercises to put in place then for you to report back. I believe in development through experiential learning and my coaching style complements that.

 

I know how challenging and rewarding people management can be. I have managed large and small teams.

 

Working closely with you, your HR team and your lead team I will seek to understand your change, leadership or culture optimisation needs and then tailor bespoke Coaching packages for you.

 

Types of Coaching I provide face to face or online are:

  • Individual Leadership Coaching (for established and emerging leaders)
  • Group Leadership Coaching (for established and emerging leaders)
  • Outplacement and Career Coaching (for those facing potential redundancy or those affected by redundancy)
  • Executive Coaching (for CEOs and their lead teams)

As each company culture is different, I tailor my consulting to suit my clients’ needs.
