Including Mergers and Acquisitions I am well versed in Kotter and PROSCI’s change methodologies and can support your organisation to manage change be it a restructure, merger, acquisition, or simply a new way of working from an employee experience and company culture perspective.
Many change projects are classified as failures due to not following the basic recipe. I make change stick.
Leadership enhancement
Sometimes lead teams work and sometimes they don’t work. I have supported leaders in enhancing the way they work either as individuals or as lead teams.
