In my discovery meeting with you I will ask questions to uncover your needs and tailor a service to address exactly that.

I have over 18 years’ experience of in-house management roles in the areas of Organisational / Leadership Development, Human Resources, Culture Change and Change Management for companies within the not for profit, government, utilities, small business and private sectors across London and Australia.

 

I am based in Perth, Western Australia supporting clients around the world.

  • A BSc Sociology and Social Psychology (Loughborough  University, UK)
  • A Diploma of Professional Coaching (AIMWA, Australia)
  • Accreditation in Human Synergistics LSI 360 Assessment and Team GSI Tool (ex OCI and OEI accreditation)
  • Accreditation in DISC Behavioural Profiling
